- Must be willing and able to conduct regular performance reviews for employees, discussing both positive feedback and opportunities for improvement.
- Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
- Fluent with MS Excel to assist with reporting, scheduling and analyzing group performance and other metrics.
- Must be willing and able to schedule work effectively for the team to meet customer needs and project schedules.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with NMBS programs/software preferred
- Familiarity with SJI, SDI, OSHA and NMBS standards preferred
- Experience in the steel joist industry preferred
- Significant scheduling experience preferred
