New Millennium is seeking an Estimator to join our team. This role analyzes project specifications, prepares cost estimates, and collaborates to design accurate Stay-in-Place Bridge Metal Form Deck systems. The estimator will work closely with our sales teams to ensure the efficient planning and execution of a bridge deck system.

• ·         Analyze project plans, specifications, and structural requirements for Bridge-Dek® and Rhino-Dek® systems. Prepare accurate material take-offs, pricing estimates, and bid proposals for bridge deck systems.   ·         Collaborate with engineers and sales managers to ensure estimates align with project needs.   ·         Assess structural loads, span capabilities, and material requirements based on industry standards.   ·         Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project data.   Assisted in project handoff by coordinating with project management and detailing.

• Read and understand contract drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of Bluebeam, Salesforce and Excel software
• Understand how to track, download and properly store drawings
• Understand company and industry practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Work in a fast paced environment to accurately and efficiently meet or exceed all deadline requirements
• Two year Arch/Eng design related degree or prior structural and/or joist estimating or detailing experience
