Overview

Assist with the installation, maintenance and repair of personal computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase, configure, and deploy new computers, phones, and other devices for users
  • Provide PC maintenance and Help Desk Support
  • Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Configure and install hardware, software, and associated equipment
  • Virus and spyware/adware removal
  • Printer installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Network installation and maintenance

Qualifications

  • BS/AS in Information Technology or equivalent certifications and experience
  • Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Windows 10
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory and networking concepts
  • Familiar with computer hardware and peripherals
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
